All sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Limited exceptions apply only to verified damage, manufacturing defects, shortages, or incorrect shipments. Any physical return requires written approval and an RMA number. The customer pays return shipping unless Erotaholic confirms otherwise in writing. We do not charge a restocking fee. See Shipping & Returns for deadlines and details.

Review measurements, material notes, care instructions, compatibility, and power or charging details before purchase. Product use and comfort are personal, so compare the listing details carefully.
