Is packaging discreet?
Orders ship in plain outer packaging without product names or explicit wording on the outside. Shipping methods, delivery estimates, and final costs are shown at checkout before payment.
When will my order ship?
Shipping timing depends on product availability, warehouse processing, carrier service, destination, weather, and other carrier conditions. Some orders may ship in more than one package.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Use the Contact Us page as soon as possible. We will try to help, but orders that have entered fulfillment or already shipped may not be changeable or cancelable.
How do returns work?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, size, preference, or unwanted items. Limited exceptions apply only to verified damage, manufacturing defects, shortages, or incorrect shipments. Any physical return requires written approval, return instructions, and an RMA number from Erotaholic. The customer pays return shipping unless we confirm otherwise in writing. What if my order arrives damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect?
Report concealed damage, a shortage, or an incorrect item within 48 hours after delivery. Report a suspected manufacturing defect within 30 days. Use the Contact Us page with your order number and clear photos of the item, received contents, shipping carton, packing materials, shipping label, and visible issue. Keep the original packaging until we confirm it is no longer needed.
How do I choose the right product?
Review the product title, description, images, measurements, materials, care notes, power details, and included accessories before purchase. Use the Contact Us page before ordering if you need clarification.
